These terms and conditions set by 7Style Music (the “Company”) govern your use of 7StyleMusic.com (the “Website”). Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using this ‘Website’ and any of our services. By using the Website and downloading music (the “Service”) it implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer to them in the future.

The Service

7Style Music is a ‘Company’ that provides a ‘Service’ of production music. The music library can be searched by using our online search facility on the ‘Website’ which hosts thousands of tracks for professional use only.

The music is intended for use by professional producers, programmers and editors in television, film, radio and multi-platform new media. You agree to only use the ‘Website’ and thus the ‘Service’ for the reasons listed above after sourcing the appropriate licenses for use.  

By downloading the works, you agree that you either have 'the appropriate licenses' to use our works or are 'working on behalf of a broadcaster who has the appropriate licenses for use'. Downloading our works does not grant you any usage rights whatsoever.

Online Account and Security

You must be accepted for an online account in order to use the 'Website' and our 'Services’.

To be considered for an online account you will need to complete a registration form and provide information about yourself, business, proposed usage and other necessary information. Please take care when registering as all fields must be filled in correctly to be considered for an online account.

If accepted, you will need to register an email address and create your own password.

On occasion we may ask for more information from you before a registration is accepted. 7Style Music Ltd reserves to right not to grant access to the 'Website' and 'Service'.

You are responsible for updating your records online once you have logged in on the 'Website' if any of your details change while your account is active. It is crucial that a current and active email address is used to register, as important information such as 'PRS information' will be sent to you via email.

If your account is dormant unused for a period of 18 months, we will revoke your access and remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (insert link to Privacy Policy here)

You must not share your username and password with anyone else for any reason and you are solely responsible to ensure your details are secure. If at any point you are aware of any unauthorised access of your account, you agree to notify us immediately by emailing [email protected]

7Style Music Ltd accepts no responsibly whatsoever for any damage resulting from lost or shared passwords.

Acceptable Use

You will only use the 'Website' and 'Service' as detailed in these 'Terms and Conditions of Use'. Any breach of these conditions could mean your account is terminated.

Termination

7Style Music Ltd has the right to terminate your access as a registered user of the ‘Website’ without notice at any time, for any reason, including without limitation the breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that 7Style Music Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the ‘Website’ including the suspension or discontinuance of any service, or works being removed from the site.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, artwork, sound recordings, musical compositions, software and other content on the ‘Website’ are owned by 7Style Music Ltd or are included with the permission of the relevant owner. You are not permitted to reproduce in any way.

The works which are accessible via the 'Website' are specifically produced for television, film, radio and multi-platform new media under industry agreements.

Their use is always subject to obtain an appropriate licence from the copyright owner or its relevant agent before any exploitation or use of the works.

All uses of music downloaded from the 'Website' must be licensed through MCPS/PRS in the UK; or its appointed agent overseas.

Furthermore, any unauthorised public performance, broadcast, communication to the public, copying and distribution is strictly prohibited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 7Style Music Ltd from and against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings and damages including its own reasonable legal costs which are incurred by it howsoever arising in respect of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and from and against any claim or demand brought against 7Style Music Ltd.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
